This page describes the Denali Health Plant City referral program for a seasonal flu vaccine study. It is an introduction to the program, not a promise that any person will qualify or receive a payment.

A $50 referral gift card is earned only after the referred person comes in and completes screening. Participants may receive $150 per clinic visit, a flu vaccine at no cost, and transportation. Additional eligibility requirements apply.
