Seasonal flu vaccine study

Denali Health Plant City is enrolling people for a seasonal flu vaccine study. Referrals are welcome from family, friends, and staff who know someone who may qualify.

Who may qualify

• Age 75 or older
• Living in assisted living
• Still needs a seasonal flu vaccine

Additional eligibility requirements apply and are confirmed at screening.

What participants receive

• $150 per clinic visit
• Flu vaccine at no cost
• Transportation provided
• No insurance required

What referrers receive

When the person you refer comes in and completes screening, you receive a $50 gift card. Ask their permission before sharing their details.
